Passengers at Paddlewheel River must be adults of 19 or older. All play runs on virtual coins of no monetary value, which can be neither bought, sold, withdrawn nor exchanged. The steamer has no purser’s till and no payment page on any deck, offers no prize of real-world value, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
